MPP Services

The Mt. Prospect Partnership (MPP) Improvement District was established in 2008 to promote the economic, residential and cultural vitality in the Mt. Prospect Avenue district. 

The mission is promote the neighborhood's quality of life by creating a safer, cleaner and more enjoyable environment.  The MPP has defined boundaries and is supported with assessments paid by district property owners. 

The Board of Directors is comprised of business and property owners, residents, community representatives and government officials committed to striking a balance between development and community enrichment.  In order to achieve our mission, the MPP develops and implements a wide range of services, programs and events. 

The MPP provides supplemental Security and Sanitation services for the district and serve the area by increasing commercial activity to ensure the neighborhood's economic vitality.
